Misty Herdman joins us with a background in administrative assisting. She has worked in the past for several financial institutions, as well as a local nursing home. Misty's clinical responsibilities include digitalization of all of our facial and cephalometric x-rays. Her quiet, reassuring manner and sense of humor have been a great comfort to our young patients. She is highly skilled in the rendering of patient care.

Brooke Papcunik has been a Clinical Assistant since 2002. Formerly a receptionist in an oral surgery office, Brooke was educated at Western School of Health where she received her dental assisting certification. She is certified in radiology, and assists Dr. Little and Dr. Radkowski in all clinical procedures. Brooke is also responsible for all of our occupational safety and health compliance within the office.

Denise Esch |
Denise Esch has been with the practice since February of 2001. Formerly the office manager of a large orthopedic practice, Denise functions as our chief financial person, as well as our Office Manager. Additionally, Denise is a Treatment Coordinator and Insurance Coordinator being responsible for financial arrangements and patient education. She has been involved in medical practice management since 1976. Denise has an excellent knowledge of the practice, feel free to contact her with any questions or concerns.

Joyce Berkey |
Joyce Berkey has been a Clinical Orthodontic Assistant since 1983. She is also certified by the Dental Assistant’s National Board. In addition to her clinical duties, Joyce is also responsible for the inventory and ordering of all our clinical and scientific supplies. Joyce’s clinical skills and easy manner have been an asset to our patients for many years. Joyce’s original background is that of a Licensed Practical Nurse.

Peggy Zibura is the Scheduling Coordinator for all three of our offices. Prior to joining our team, Peggy was an Administrative Assistant to the Director of Store Operations at Penn Traffic Company for over 19 years. Peggy loves children and she has three of her own. Her efficiency and attention to detail is a great asset. She is responsible for scheduling our entire staff and patients at all of our locations.

Pam Rich has been a welcomed addition to our clinical team. She comes to us by way of the banking industry where she worked for 10 years. She is rapidly moving towards her certification as a Clinical Orthodontic Assistant. Pam is responsible for all of our office sterilization procedures and monitoring.

Stephanie Carosi |
Stephanie Carosi is a Treatment Coordinator responsible for all patient education and financial arrangements. She comes to us by way of the banking industry where she worked for twenty years. Stephanie was a branch manager at First National Bank in Johnstown and was also involved as a training director in human resources at the same institution. Stephanie’s attention to customer service is a great gift for our practice. She is always available to answer patients' and parents' questions about their treatment. Stephanie's understandable teaching technique will make the treatment process easy to understand.

Shirley Lovrich |
Shirley Lovrich has been our Laboratory Technician since 1986. Shirley is responsible for the fabrication of all of our appliances, including retainers, expanders and other jaw growth appliances. Also, she is the only Lab Tech in our area who does pre-treatment planning for patients having surgical orthodontic treatment. Shirley’s appliances are of the highest quality and her presence allows us to provide a very convenient service for our patients. She also uses her creativity with the beautiful decorations always present in our office.

Karen Smith is responsible for scheduling and much of our insurance filing. She also serves as the Administrative Assistant to the doctors. With 25 years experience in banking and human resource management, she also assists in the screening of new employee applicants. Her professionalism is an asset to our administrative team.

Jamie Marion is the newest addition to our clinical team. Jamie carries with her an associates degree in graphics design as well as a background in nursing. In addition to her clinical responsibilities, she assists in the lab fabricating all of the orthodontic appliances. With her background in design and love of scrapbooking, Jamie brings creativity to the decor and design of the office. Jamie's warm personality and sense of humor offer our patients a great deal of comfort.
